Who we are

Woman with long dark hair smiling in front of tall bamboo and green foliage.

Hi, my name is Xuan (pronounced Shan), and as a clinical psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society, I love helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of relationships and attachment. I understand the anxieties, griefs, and challenges that arise in both romantic and familial relationships, and provide support in an accepting environment.

For those healing from infidelity, I offer guidance to rebuild trust and intimacy, with a deep understanding of betrayal and its emotional impact. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients gain insight into their behaviours and communication patterns to achieve their relationship goals.

Additionally, as someone familiar with ADHD and Autism, I recognize how neurodiverse experiences and nuances uniquely affect relationships and emotional well-being.

I'm here to help whether you're navigating the dating scene, experiencing difficulties in relationships, or seeking personal growth. My goal is to empower clients to build healthier connections, develop self-awareness, and create fulfilling, meaningful relationships.
